REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
COMPREHENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM (CCMEP) FUNDED THROUGH WORKFORCE INNOVATION AND OPPORTUNITY ACT (WIOA) AND TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE FOR NEEDY FAMILIES (TANF)
The Wayne County Department of Job and Family Services (WCDJFS) is seeking proposals for the provision of the Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program (CCMEP) funded through Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) for the period of July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2022.
The WCDJFS is soliciting proposals for youth workforce development services for economically disadvantaged WIOA and/or TANF eligible youth, ages 14-24, in accordance with O.A.C. 5101:14-1-01 through 5101:14-1-07, Workforce Investment Board Area 7 Plan and Policies, and the governing rules of WCDJFS.
Request for Proposals for the above service may be picked up at WCDJFS, 356 West North St Wooster, Ohio 44691 starting Monday, April 20, 2020. A technical assistance session will be held Tuesday, April 28, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. via Skype. Attendance of respondents is encouraged as questions will be answered only in this session in an open forum. Proposals must follow the specifications in the Request for Proposal packet and returned sealed to WCDJFS by May 13th, 2020 by 12:00 p.m. (noon).
WCDJFS may reject any or all the proposals on any basis, without disclosure of a reason. The failure to make such a disclosure may not result in the accrual or any right, claim or cause of action of any unsuccessful proposal organization.
